Hytale Kingdoms is an independent service.

We provide hosted Hytale game servers on a monthly subscription.

The service is provided as is, with no warranty. We do not guarantee uptime, data preservation, or uninterrupted service.

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes or to disrupt others. We may suspend accounts that do.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service means you accept the changes.
