Creating your server

Register, pick a size (4, 10, or 20 players), name your world, and choose a region. After payment, your server is set up in a few minutes and its connection address appears on your dashboard.

Connecting in Hytale

Open Hytale and go to Servers. Use Add Server to save your world (it appears in your Favorites, double-click to join), or Direct Connect to join once. Paste the connection address from your dashboard; the port is already part of the address.

Inviting friends

Send your friends the same connection address. They add it in Hytale the same way, with Add Server or Direct Connect.

Managing your server

Your dashboard shows your server's status and connection address, and lets you stop and start it or manage your subscription.

Backing up and restoring your world

Your server is backed up automatically every two hours, and the three most recent backups are kept. You can also create a backup at any time from the Backups button on your server card. To download a backup, open the Backups window and click Download next to the backup you want. To restore from a backup, click Restore next to the backup you want. If your server is running, it will be stopped first, then restarted with the restored world.
